It was Cardiac Rehab’s Big Quiz on Friday night, with a full capacity at the Alton Maltings Centre of 20 teams of 8 all vying for the coveted trophy. Guests enjoyed a delicious hot supper and plenty of cheer at what was a fun evening out, the icing on the cake being that our team ‘Outnumbered’ came out on top for a second year! Congratulations to our knowledgeable team and thank you to everyone who took part.
We were delighted to sponsor this wonderful local event which raises vital funds to support Alton-based charity Cardiac Rehab’s mission to improve heart health, fitness and wellbeing of individuals with, or at risk of developing, heart disease. With 1 in 4 people affected by heart disease, Cardiac Rehab helps residents of north, east and mid Hampshire (and the surrounding areas) to recover and then maintain their health and fitness after heart attacks and heart operations.
