The wellbeing of our staff and duty of care to our clients is naturally of utmost importance to Sheen Stickland. We are writing to provide confidence that we have the appropriate continuity plans in place to minimise any risks and continue to provide the service you would expect.
As much as is reasonably possible within government guidelines, we will continue to keep our all our offices open with skeleton teams for the time being. Staff not in the office have the technology support in place to be able to continue to work remotely.
If there are documents or papers that you need to deliver, we will operate a ‘drop zone’ at all our offices. Please bear in mind that our staff will not be available for face to face meetings but where possible these meetings can be held over a number of different medias available such as Skype or Microsoft Teams telephone.
If we are due to attend your premises to conduct an audit then we will contact you separately to discuss the appropriate arrangements.
The situation continues to evolve and is currently changing on a day to day basis. We will adapt our approach in accordance with government recommended best practice and advise you accordingly.
As individuals and businesses there are undoubtedly a variety of questions that you will have concerning a wide spectrum of matters surrounding the impact of Covid-19.
