For each tax year ending on the 5th April you must give HMRC particulars of any expenses payments, benefits and facilities provided to each employee or director and/or their family or household by the completion of P11Ds.  The deadline for preparing and filing your P11Ds for the tax year ending 5th April 2017 is fast approaching on the 6th July 2017, with the payment of any Class 1A National Insurance due by the 22nd of July (19th July if you pay by cheque).  Penalties will become payable on the late filing of the P11D returns and further penalties and interest will be applied if you are late paying HMRC any Class 1A National Insurance due.
